I signed one also in Roger Mills last February. They just got a permit to drill. Slow going.
The operator would have to file their plans through the OCC first. Leases generally run for about three to five years in which they have the right but not the obligation to drill (unless the lease says otherwise.) Time will tell. Asking a bit early in the process. If cases are filed, and your address is properly filed in the county courthouse, then you will get mailings outlining what they are planning to do.
