Driftwood Goddard Unitization

What happened to this Unitization? It seemed like it was approved, but nothing has happened that we can see. It is Cause # 2022-000630

Unitized operations began at 7:00am on the 1st day of February, 2025 according to a “Certificate of Effectiveness” document filed by Continental Resources with the Grady County Clerk’s Office.

See Book 6435 Page 260.

Thank-you. I will see if I can look at that. I wonder when we will be paid on our wells as a unit.

Good question… I have a daughter wondering the same thing.

Good question… I have a daughter wondering the same thing. Not sure how many “Phases” there will be.

Thanks for this info, very interesting. Where did you get it? At least it shows that it is in the works. It seems difficult to get info about what is going on with it.

It was an attachment to the last document filed (Entry No. 104) in the case (CD 2022-000630) on the Oklahoma Corporation Commission’s Electronic Case Filing (ECF) System. You have to register with the OCC to use their system, but that’s somewhat easy to do. You can do that here: Register for an OCC Enterprise Security account

Once registered, login to the system and enter the CD number in the proper box to access the document. I would post you some screenshots, but those posts have to go thru an admin and sometimes it takes hours for their approval.

Deep within the unitization documents should be a list of the wells that they intend to put into it. (The older unitizations had those lists and a map). You can also find the section, township and range for which areas are covered. Then you can see if they plan to convert some wells and drill new ones. I took a quick look and Exhibit 19 & 20 has the decimal percentages for each ownership tract (hope I remember the numbers right). You can contact the owners department at CLR and ask about the timing, but it can take weeks to get a reply.
