What is the downside to Forced Pooling? If terms of a Lease Agreement are not to my liking (i.e. Warrant and agree to defend the title to the lands described in the lease agreement and to indemnifying Lessee of all adverse claims thereto, including all expenses, etc.); what would be the legal terms and obligations I take on through the forced pooling?
