Double E Pipeline and Summit Permian Transmission

Has anyone been approached by Summit Permian Transmission regarding the 134 mile Double E. Pipeline? Going to range between 30"- 42" and span from Eddy Co. NM to the Waha Hub.

Really just curious to hear if anyone’s heard what they’re offering per rod etc.
