I need help, due to events not under my control, I have lost all of my paperwork that has to do with my minerals rights along with death certificates and probate info and anything to do with me being sole heir. I am wanting to sell one of the wells but need info on both before I decide. I know I need all papers on both wells,Wintercreek T6N R6w- sec24 Grady,Okla and T6N R6w sec25 Grady Okla. Conoco Philups now holds the leases Marathon sold them. I don’t even know if the lease was changed. Tried calling. Conoco/Philips but the recording said leave my info and they would call me back in 30 days . Someone said get a landman not a lawyer he would work on commission? Like I said I have no clue where to or what to start with. Can someone point me in the right direction, Please? Much appreciated I will take what ever info I can get.
