I'm trying to avoid probate in WY for my sons and was told a life estate deed might be the way to transfer some interests I have to my sons, but keep the income while I'm alive. Does anyone know a good lawyer who could look over what I've written and guide me how to phrase it right? or does anyone have a life estate deed already in Wyoming somewhere that they wouldn't mind sharing with me so I could see how it is done? Not being able to see how quitclaim deeds are written in Park or Natrona counties is a big problem. Thanks for any advice you can give.
