Does anyone know about property numbers in Dewey County

I received a final notice from Camino saying we have revenue going to unclaimed property. They also say final notice, had my address that was on the trust since 2013. I don’t understand if they had my address why am I know just receiving a notice. It says To: my Dads name and heirs/and the name of the trust. That IS NOT my question just info. It lists property #70164, 70744, 70746 and 70745 that should be in Dewey or possibly Blaine. I am so confused about this and we thought my Mother had sold all or most of her minerals and it cost a ridiculous amount of money to hire a land man that we can’t afford to shell that kind of money. My Grandparents had a lot of minerals in mostly Dewey county and I need help. I thought we had most of this figured out until this. My main question is does anyone know what the legal description of the above “properties” is? We do not want to sell just get information. Everyone here has always been helpful. Thank in advance!

Contact them back immediately as ask which wells and descriptions go with those internal property codes. Give them your dad’s name and that your mom inherited and the trust name. Tell them to hold off sending the funds to unclaimed property until you can straighten out the title and get back into pay. Your mom might have thought she sold everything, but may not have. Ask what documents they need to claim them. They may want probate documents, death certificates, driver’s license info, etc. Explain who you are and if you think the mineral went into the trust and whether you are a beneficiary of the trust. They may never have gotten a copy of the trust document. Act quickly! Send by certified mail return receipt.

Companies must have a SS or EIN number to pay out any monies owed. Have you called and talked to Camino directly about your questions?
