Does anyone have info on 'Ashley Resources' in North Dakota?

I was recently offered a lease from a Resource Company called 'Ashley Resources'.

The offer seems fair, but I am not finding much info on this Resource Company. The mineral rights are for acreage in the North West of North Dakota.

If anyone has heard of Ashley Resources and you can tell me any info about them I would much appreciate it. Thanks~Becca

I have come across this company a few times, but can not remember who they are leasing for. They are not an operator, so they are leasing on someone else’s behalf. Usually, these guys are willing to share who the operator is when negotiations get serious.
