40 acres Property for reference: All the Northeast quarter of the southeast quarter (NE/4 SE/4) of Section 12, township 14 North, Range Eight West of Indian Meridian, Canadian county, OK

We have other producing wells all around this area just not on the property we own. Interested in seeing what can be done . . . .

You should already be held by the Simba 12-14N-8W horizontal well since 2016. Devon is the operator. Are you getting paid on it? It is a 640 acre spacing so includes your quarter section.

Thanks for the info. Yes they are currently paying. So I’m assuming since the section is already “held” that’s it for oil production?

Held for oil and gas so you are good! And you have room for infill wells down the road.
