I have 10 acres section 28-8n 9w that apparently is on a fault line. Does that make my shares more valuable? If so, what’s a fair amount to negotiate leasing my rights? Last time i did a 3 year lease but didn’t amount to much. I would like to get 1/4 but all my offers are 3/16 and 1/5 at
$1K per net acre. Who is the most reputable or best company to work with?

Depends where the fault lies, what depth it goes to with respect to the formations of interest.
Continental has filed for the Decatur FIU 1-17-28XHW which has a rig onsite drilling. Did you already lease or did you get a pooling? The order was signed 8/27/25 so the 20 day limit has passed in which to answer. Check case 2025-002102 Order 751859 to see if you are one of the heirs. If you did not lease and you are one of the heirs, you missed the deadline and will be assigned 1/8th.
