Do WORMS count as mineral rights?

Seriously. An unusual first post, I know, however with such little activity on my leases the last few years, I was curious as to any possible hidden value to our mineral rights. I recently watched the new TV show "Bluecoller Millianaires " and a family was shown as making millions from the WORMS on their land. I also saw an old expired 25 year timber lease on some of my acreage and got me thinking if I still could have control of the timber there and that they may be large trees there once again after 25 plus years. Question : any other reasonable, feasible assets other than oil and gas worth looking into on our mineral rights during these slow periods?

Thank you in advance! Brian~ Dallas , tx Nacagdoches mineral owner
