It's likely that the operator would decline to speculate what your suspended revenues might be until you furnish them with certified copies of the transfer of the interest to you.

There are probably liability and privacy issues at work here.
Until you have provided the company(ies) (whoever is buying the products or disbursing royalty payments) with evidence of your ownership (typically certified copies of Probate Court Documents, Affidavits of Heirship, maybe even Certificates of Death - whatever the company(ies) require), they won't tell you anything.
Where is your property? Do you know what the name(s) of the well(s) are?
What name(s) would the interests be in now?
