Just received an offer to purchase our mineral rights. We have 35 net acres on this parcel. My sister also owns the same net acres, same parcel. Would adding my sisters 35 net acres offered for sale in addition to mine command a higher $/acre, or is this too small a holding to make any difference to most mineral buyers??
