Knowing that Surge Energy has drilled and completed many wells in the Howard County area and moving up into Borden County where our interest is. How long on average is it taking for division orders to be issued after a well drilled by Surge Energy?
It’s been nearly a year since completion of a well in Borden County. Surge has not yet sent a division order to me for this well, citing uncertain ownership of my title. They have only recently started research to get the title cleared.
