How long does it normally take from the time you send in a Judgement of Possession to Division Orders Department for them to actually make a decision on the amount and proportion to be distributed?

What if one company says you are entitled to royalties, but another is saying you are not and that they need you to sign a ratification.

Usually when they want you to sign a ratification it means they made a mistake somewhere. You need to know what mistake they made. They may not have a valid lease with you at all. I’m in that situation right now. It has given me great bargaining power. RWK
