I have a lease & DO with Chesapeake. I just received another DO in the mail without Any explanation as to whether This DO replaces or us in Addition to our current DO.
Does anyone know, can you have multiple DOs on the Same mineral interest? The first one listed the name Of the Well producing. The New one does not & the wording Etc. is rather different than Previously.
Any help / suggestions?
