Contact their Division Order department by certified mail and request a division order, payment and interest. Statutory time for first payment in Texas is 120 days after the end of the month of the first sale of production. Texas Natural Resources Code Section 91:402(a). State you name, your address and a desription of your acreage. Keep records of all of your correspondence and the return receipt card. You may need a paper trail.

We are signed with Aethon in Robertson County. I think we are only like a mile away from you. We are in lease 298435. The well started producing in May of 23. We got our first check the 1st week of Oct 23. If you fill out auto deposit with them your check will come about a week earlier. Aethon has been really good to work with.
