Has anyone received division orders on these 2 wells in Leon County? API # 289-32198 Hutto Rodell and API # 289-32203 Brown Trueheart. Please check and verify API #, there are similar named wells, thanks.
I received a division order for 289-32202, Brown Trueheart W in Feb 2026. However I learned today that there is a title suspense on my account so we are trying to figure out what’s going on there. All that to say, no royalty payments received to date.
Thanks angelapTX for your reply. There must be something going on with your account specifically because I received a division order in February on 289-32202 and funds were received March 27th. If you haven’t already checked with Comstock or wait until April 27th when the next payout is due. They will also email you a monthly statement right about the same time the payments go out.

Yes, the DO has a tiny statement on it stating Suspense : and the category f I r the reason (ie Title or DO, etc.) Unlike other companies it does not describe what the title problem is.
We are involved in a sale of A 437 Lots 2 & 5 both effected by these DOs. Most of the DOs cleared except a few and it has been cumbersome to solidify a working communication to identify the specific title aspect in need of providing further clarification to clear the Title, and or why the DO is not being signed by the current owner but will be executed by the buyer. As you most likely know, Comstock Owner’s Relations does not take phone calls, only written requests (by email or mailed) clearly stating property, DO #S and owner ID. On the Title situation they initially replied it would take 60 days to get a response from the Title Company as to what clarification was needed.
Hi poillon1, would you please state the Api #’s on the division order’s that you are speaking of. Doesn’t sound like you are receiving royalties yet, please specify. thanks! gergs1973
