I am reading through the site on a daily basis and have learned so much from all the posts. TY!
However, I have two questions pertaining to a lease. I was sent Division Orders for three separate wells. It appears that permits were pulled for six wells. I looked over and signed each one and returned.
I have been following up on the wells to see if production has started and if it is being recorded. The wells I received Division Orders for all show as “Confidential Wells.” Therefore, I am unable to see any information on production.
Which leads me to my next question: I’ve read that a few individuals have had pooling of mineral rights (which is the case with our mineral rights). We all inherited from a grandfather. I am not sure that all rights owners have been notified or located. Can this or will this hold up production, sales, and/or royalty checks to the individuals that agreed or have responded?
