The order was mailed to my home July 18, 2015, received two years after parents’ death.
I returned the signed copies to B.R. Polk Inc. Property is NW/4 Section 17-19N-4W, Logan County, Oklahoma. The mineral rights are from my Grandfather’s family farm and were passed to my mother and now to me. I have the decimal interest and would like to understand everything about this from all of you. I understand this is a POOLING and is a large area of Logan County.
What’s it worth? There must be others out there receiving royalties from the same field, I understand monthly statements are provided, but mom’s statements are not available to me.
