I have received two division orders from North Lake Resources. A few months ago on the Forum there was a discussion of not having to sign these and a copy of a form to fill out and sign in was provided. I have the form and I was wondering if there is anything else, or document, that needs to accompany this? One of them shows a working interest and the other order shows a royalty. Any advice on this would be appreciated. Thank you John K. Wick
