I was sent a division order but there is some additional property listed that I don’t believe I own. Is it common to list all of the producing property? Or just the portion of the property I own?
It could be a multi unit (shared) well that would include your portion and another portion that is not yours. Your interest would be getting a percentage of the revenue from the well/s that is/are drilled. Make sure your interest percentage is correct on the division order before signing it!
