Hello I received an email today from antero telling me my division order will be sent out today. Does anyone know what is included in this division order? I only know it’s paperwork to set up my account for payment but will it include any other information? Thank you
It will include the property that they are paying on, the operator’s gross production date and amounts and prices, plus the deductions that they pay giving a net number. It will give your decimal interest and what your gross and net results are. Every operator has a slightly different form so hard to say exactly, Many states have statutory laws that say what must be on the DO.
