That well is only within the bounds of Sec 14, so does not share with any other sections. That might be it.

Hi Cynthia, my guess would be that they used that term since they are referring to the entire section. All 640 acres of Section 14. Often a description comes with a designation for the NE portion, for example, but in this case no designations were made since they were referring to the entire section.
