I have never had to pay to dispose of fluids and cuttings down the annulus. The surface owner is generally so happy with how we have conducted our business, its a freebie.
My mineral clients never own the surface, so I do not get to negotiate from that side.
Does anybody have any numbers on what they have received to dispose of drill fluids and cuttings down the annulus. This is for a mineral owner friend of mine in California who asked the question.
