Hello, I am hoping to get some ideas of what offers have been made to anyone inside Barstow town limits. Leases on BLK 34 section 174. Specifically for a NMA. My husband didn’t know until this offer came in that he has mineral rights from his grandparents there for many years and with all I have been researching there has been a horizontal well there since last year and 3 vertical wells that are old, but still producing.

Hello Annie. We re neighbors. Iam in Blk 34 sec 172. A company by the name of Manti Tarka Permian Op LLC just filed 4 permits in Blk 34 sec 168 on 3/12. I spoke with an Texas rrc representative yesterday. They are doing horizontal drilling and laterals. Maybe good to talk to an oil and gas attorney. If youre interested I can forward one who has done a great job for me here in Houston. But something is coming. Best of luck

Thank you. We may end up talking to an attorney. I’ve been going over the lease with a fine tooth comb and I have discovered a lot of red flags in the fine print. I’ve definitely learned a lot in this process.

Run the lease through an AI program. You will be amazed at what it will do.
