Hi, I am having trouble with Diamondback Energy holding my royalty money in suspense due to back taxes owed. Taxes have been cleared but they will not acknowledge the payments or my multiple requests to get back into payment status. Please help if you have had this issue with this company or if you have a lawyer in the Midland area who can fight this matter. Thank you in advance.
Have you tried a certified mail return receipt with proof of tax payment? That starts a clock in TX in which they have to answer you.
