How do you know if you’re in the drill path prior to signing a lease. If you own 25% minerals what does that actually mean when there are 20 other properties involved. Dewitt county tx A178 William Fream
I signed previously with Sabine oil and gas and again with eagle valley energy and both expired with out drilling.
Not sure if this answers your question, but you can find out if any drilling permits have been approved in your area by checking the Railroad Commission’s GIS map.
