Does anyone know the extent of activity in sections 26 and 28-18N-14W?
Derby has cases pending at the OCC for 26 for horizontal well.
Excaliber had cases in 28 in 2021.
Make sure your name and address are correctly filed in the county courthouse along with a description of your minerals and then you will get the OCC mailings. Landmen and attorneys for the OCC cannot find you if you don’t have your address there.
