Never, Never, Never, sell. Unsolicited offers to buy your minerals mean the buyer is offering you less than fair value.
Every time I go to the post office, there are four or five of these offers. Don't sell! These creeps will steal the pennies off a dead man's eyes.
However, these things are good news. Nobody tries to scam you out of worthless property.
