Anyone know the status of the Pooling request submitted to OCC July 10, 2018? We missed a leasing opportunity last April and ended up in the pooling action. What should we expect royalty interest wise as a result of pooling? Barbara Wyatt
The pooling order is still open. Council Oak just pooled section 24 right to the east of 23. The choices were $1500 @ 1/8th (don’t do in my opinion), $1400 @ 3/16ths, $1300 @ 1/5th. I usually pick the highest royalty and lowest bonus since it usually pays off in the long run.
Thank you for your dollar information and input. Was hoping we had not missed notification on the pooling order. Our interest is very small so will definitely opt for higher royalty.
