They have filed for pooling on 1/16/2018 and are trying to force pool me. What do I do? I have 26.575 net mineral acres in this section not yet leased. Newfield holds the majority of leaseholds in this section, some 400+ net mineral acres. I received a notice indicating they will force pool me if I don’t take their offer but they did not add me to the pooling which they filed. I guess I need to file a protest of some sort or something. Any help please advise.
