They have filed for pooling on 1/16/2018 and are trying to force pool me what do I do. I have 26.575nma in this section not yet leased. Newfield hold the majority of lease holds in this section some 400+nma's. I received a notice indicating they will force pool me if I don't take there offer but they did not add me to the pooling which they filed. I guess I need to file a protest of some sort or something. Any help please advise.
