Our family has mineral rights on several pieces of property that has been handed down a few generations. We are really clueless as to just how many and what is even out there. None of us truly understand any of it fully either. Can someone tell me where we can go to find out exactly what we have rights to, our interest amounts etc?

If you give a state, county and the legal descriptions, you would bet more help. Some of it you can do online, but the references differ by state.

Oh yes of course. This would be Utah. I know that most of them are in the Uintah Basin area and I believe Green River, UT possibly.
