Determining owner of mineral rights

Hello,

I have spent the evening searching for the owner of mineral rights in a property I am interested in purchasing. A search through Adams County records office does not reveal any deeds. The home is in Broomfield and part of the Extraction Oil field. Does Extraction own all the mineral rights? I found the specific well on GIS [UNITED A #S16-20-8N]. Any tips on researching the mineral rights further? Thank you

Thank you. The current owners of the property are not listed on this application but I did find them another application.
