Determining mineral rights value in Blaine County

I’m currently in the process of doing a multi-generation ancillary probate in Blaine County, Oklahoma. My attorney found the following information regarding the mineral rights that I am slated to inherit. Does anyone know the name of a certified general appraiser that specializes in mineral rights? I read through some of the discussion posts and have seen Terrel Shields’ name recommended. Over the past 4 years, I have received unsolicited offers from Landmen in the mail offering to purchase the mineral rights for between $10,000-$20,000 an acre. I know there is often little weight to these offers but thought the high volume of calls and letters received could mean that these acres are in a desirable location. Any insight into the value of these mineral rights and/or recommendations for an appraisal firm that I could hire would be greatly appreciated. TUI
