I have gas production from 3 wells in S31 T24S R37E. I recently received a check which indicated a royalty interest that I cannot duplicate with my calculations. Is there an online source for a document which will describe the spacing allowed for Lea Co wells?
If you go to the New Mexico OCD website, you can see a map server of all wells. Zoom in on your section and you can click the three (black) producing wells. There is an option to see additional well data. The page for each under “Well Completions” shows that they are 40-acre spacing.
