My husband and I purchased some land in Calhoun County last year. There doesn't appear to be much extraction activity in the area but I'd still like to determine if the mineral & water rights are intact. I called my title company but they were zero help.
Can anyone recommend a search company? Any idea on approximate cost? Has anyone had experience with having rights reinstated in IL?
