Any descendants of Barnett Shinn in Tyler County? Trying to make a connection on some land minerals on Stoney Knobb Rd. My siblings and I have been harassed about signing some legal documents to extract on this 15-acre tract.
I’m not familiar with Tyler County specifically but I was able to search for documents (deeds, leases, and other recordings) in the clerk of courts for a different county in West Virginia. You might find some information on there. Call the courthouse and ask or try online and see if there is anything.
