I’ve seen this topic in other counties and now I’ve received one from Howard County. I’ve spoken to Tiffany Sayles the Tax Assessor twice and she said it was a known issue being worked on. Now ive received a letter from an attorney asking for payment. Anyone else dealing with this?
Yep. Just got a “Tax Lien” from Perdue Brandon FielderCollins&Mott LLP out of Midland.

I know they were paid too.
Always good to do due diligence on any notices besides the county. See if the firm is legitimate.

I called the county just to make sure they showed as being paid.
