Delaware, Permian Basin, Texas add rigs as U.S. oil production reaches 11 million b/d
Rig counts in Delaware Basin, Permian Basin, Texas, and the U.S. returned to gains in the past week as domestic crude oil production reached 11 million barrels a day for the first time ever.
