Deed papers

Would anything in my original paperwork, when I purchased house and land, state whether or not I also have the mineral rights? Where would I find this information?

It may be hard to tell from the deed you received, in Oklahoma there is typically language that states “less and except easement and reservations of record…” If a previous owner reserved the minerals you would not receive any. If your seller has and is reserving minerals it would likely say, “less and except oil, gas, or other minerals…”
