I need help finding title to interests in Mckenzie in my mother’s name. I cannot find in info on the the Mckenzie site. Learned of these interests from title people while doing a lease. I have no records of these interests that I can find. Thanks
Call the Recorder and ask for the beginning date of their online records. The online records are sometime not sufficient to start a title search. You may have to visit the CourtHouse.
Contact the landman for the citation or book/Page of the deed into your mother. Most landmen will readily provide this information.
