This is just short of AMAZING–not that I understand it. Now my question is–how would I go about finding out if there is any ROZ activity or possible activity in the Loving County School Lands field. Because we have gotten two (by mail) offers to sell our mineral rights on 191 acres in Labor 24, League 271. We also got a $20,000 check in the mail, with no explanation (from an operator) with a lease extension. The prior lease was with a landman? Can someone help us sort this out? We are native Texans but live far away right now.
