I am Personal Representative for a deceased relative in Lea County, NM. I need to get a mineral appraisal for the OGM rights at date of death as well at the date that the relative inherited them. There are two wells that stopped production in June this year. I think that just finished a new well and are planning 4 more soon within a quarter mile Could this be a reason for stopping production? How would this affect an appraisal? Any recommendation for an appraiser?
