WSJ article today talking about a new data center near gas wells. Makes sense, since gas can supply the power the data center needs. Meta also announced a new texas datacenter today as well, and I’m assuming it’s also because of power.
How much of an impact do yall think this will have over the next few years on mineral owners in Texas?
