Hi all, We have minerals and surface in ND with wells permitted and planned for construction and wanted to explore the possibility of attracting a data center to lease the surface. From my understanding, having natural gas can help with the power required for data centers. Most of our land is badlands but there are a couple areas of 30-40 acres each where a mini data center might fit though its far away from the well pad. Curious if anyone has explored this in ND or elsewhere and any tips or advice on the process.
