Did anyone else receive recently a lease offer for minerals in the Neville A-472 survey from Choice Exploration? I own minerals on a 108-acre tract there, but I’ve never been approached to lease it and it is non-producing. I’d like to find someone who can assess the lease terms and recommend whether they are fair and conform to similar recent leases.
