New to this site. Have mineral rights to 53.34 acres in Section 26, Township 14N, Range 17W. Arnold Oil is talking about a lease for $500. Is that a starting point, actually what it’s worth, or is there upside possible? My dad left it in a trust, so getting that cleaned up first. Is there renewed interest in that area?
