New to this site. Have MR to 53.34 acres in Sec 26 14N 17W. Arnold oil is talking about a lease $500. Is that a starting point , actually what its worth, or is there upside possible? My dad left it in a trust so getting that cleaned up first. Is there a renewed interest in that area ?
