Can anyone please provide advice on what is a good royalty interest and bonus in Lynn County, Texas. Block 8 Section 7 NE/4? This is halfway between Lubbock and Midland. The offer I got was 1/6th & $75/nma. Based on other Texas posts this seems low. Thanks! Blake
I’m familiar with the leasing in this area. There’s not much activity out there. What I do know is that you can get 20% royalty on that lease.
