Anyone know what the current pipeline ROW rates in Orange County, Texas are?
Talk to neighboring land owners and ask them. Go to local farm and ranch stores and ask some of the employee’s if they know anything about new pipeline’s and the right of way prices. Who is trying to construct the pipeline, what size is it, where is it coming from and where is it going too?
You can also check and see if there are any University of Texas or Texas A&M leases posted to see what they are getting.
